Thesis Title: Mathematical Statistics Approach to Evaluate the Effect of Volunteering on Higher Studies at Noakhali Science and Technology University

Overview: Enter Project/Thesis OverviewResearch indicates that participation in "the effect of volunteer activities on higher studies of Noakhali Science and Technology University students " More specifically, studies have been conducted assessing the effects of specific extra- curricular activities on academic performance. The purpose of this study was to determine whether or not the activities in which students of higher education choose to participate have an effect on their academic performance. The study survey instrument which was distributed to the students of Noakhali Science and Technology University who are involved in volunteer organizations like "(BNCC,Rover Scout ,NSTUDS,NSTU Blood Brigade ,Luminery ,Cholo paltai foundation ,MUN)”. Mainly We have tried to find out the relevant effect of spending time in volunteering organization with academic performance. Therefore ,it was concluded that such kind of extra-curricular activities affect academic performance and the effect depends on the specific activities in which the students is involved.

Thesis Title: A Study of the Impact and Future Forecast of Rohingya Refugees in Bangladesh Using Mathematical Models.

Overview: Enter Project/Thesis OverviewWith a population of nearly 170 million, Bangladesh is a diversified country with a rich cultural heritage. But there are particular difficulties, such as the Rohingya refugee crisis and environmental problems. The nation is greatly threatened by its growing population, which is why it is crucial to project Bangladesh's population. The purpose of this study is to forecast Bangladesh's population size along with Rohingya population by modeling and designing the country's population increase. Using real data from 2017 to 2023, the malthusian and logistic models are used to forecast both Bangladesh and Rohingya population from 2017 to 2117. By using Malthusian model, the population of Bangladesh has been predicted to be 516.82 million and the total population along with Rohingya people has been predicted to be 532.35 million in 2117 and taking the carrying capacity into account by the logistic model the population of Bangladesh has been predicted to be 212.03 million and the total population along with the Rohingya refugees has been predicted to be 193.92 million in 2117. This study also examines the possible effects of the Rohingya crisis on Bangladesh's social cohesiveness, economic growth, and demographic makeup through scenario analysis. It looks into the demographic, social, economic, environmental and political impacts of Bangladesh's Rohingya refugee crisis. These findings have important implications for policymakers and practitioners tackling the Rohingya crisis.

Thesis Title: An Enhanced RSA Algorithm For Modern Cryptography

Overview: Enter Project/Thesis OvervieTransmission of sensitive information over the internet can be intercepted or accessed by unauthorized parties. Communication over the internet must be secure to prevent intercepting or accessing sensitive information. Attempts are being made to protect confidential information by providing maximum security over the network. One of such new techniques is using multiple prime numbers for RSA cryptosystem, which is not easily breakable. The traditional RSA algorithm uses two prime numbers for generating keys .In this paper our objective is to enhance the existing algorithm by using three prime numbers to generate the keys and to demonstrate the application of this algorithm created in C programming language .We will also compare the time consumed to encode and decode the message by the traditional RSA algorithm and the enhanced RSA algorithm to get a clear idea which algorithm is more efficient and reliable and not easily breakable by the intruders.
