RESEARCH INTERESTS
i) Isolation and Purification of bioactive compounds from natural products especially medicinal plants like Oregano Moringa Allspice Lotus various fruits vegetables available in Bangladesh and functional foods like Black Garlic and their biological study. ii) Isolation and Purification lectins from plant seeds and their characterization. iii) Cloning Expression and Protein Protein Interaction of Bacterial Proteins. iv) Lipid Chemistry specially oil Chemistry.
