Masum Miah

Masum Miah is a PhD candidate of the Doctoral School of Economic and Regional Sciences, Hungarian University of Agriculture and Life Sciences, Hungary. He is also an Associate Professor in the Department of Business Administration at Noakhali Science and Technology University, Bangladesh. His research interests are organizational sustainability, sustainable human resource management, Green Human Resource Management, Psychological green climate, and leadership and organizational sciences. Recently, he has also been conducting research on sustainable tourism and hospitality issues, including destination CSR, tourist crowding, and green technology. He also serves as a reviewer for top-ranked journals such as Discover Sustainability, Asian Education and Development Studies, Humanities and Social Sciences Communications, Heliyon, Social Responsibility Journal, Acta Psychologica, Sustainable Future, and Cogent Business and Management.
