BIOGRAPHY

Md. Jahid Hasan is a dedicated educationist, researcher, and academic with a strong background in teaching, research, and scholarly publishing. He is currently serving as a Lecturer in the Department of Educational Administration at Noakhali Science and Technology University (NSTU), Bangladesh, a position he has held since 2023. Prior to joining NSTU, he worked as a Lecturer in the Department of Education at Atish Dipankar University of Science and Technology from September 2021. His academic and research interests encompass Educational Administration, Educational Leadership, Educational Psychology, Education Policy, Pedagogy, Teacher Education, and Andragogy. As an emerging independent researcher, he is actively engaged in multidisciplinary educational research and has contributed significantly to the scholarly community through publications, editorial services, and peer-review activities. To date, Mr. Hasan has published 12 research articles, including papers in Q1 and Q2 journals indexed in Scopus, demonstrating his growing impact in the field of educational research. He is currently involved in several national and international research projects focusing on educational leadership, policy, teacher development, educational technology, and higher education. In addition to his research contributions, Mr. Hasan serves as a peer reviewer for esteemed international journals, including journals published by Springer Nature, as well as several Scopus-indexed journals. Through these roles, he contributes to maintaining the quality and integrity of scholarly publications in education and related disciplines. Furthermore, he serves as an Associate Editor of the International Journal of Educational Innovation (IJEI), where he supports the journal's editorial processes and promotes the dissemination of high-quality educational research. Although the journal is relatively new, it is committed to publishing high-quality scholarly articles that explore a wide range of topics, including educational theory, pedagogy, curriculum development, assessment practices, and the impact of technology on learning. Through his teaching, research, editorial, and peer-review activities, Md. Jahid Hasan continues to contribute to the advancement of educational knowledge and practice both nationally and internationally.
