Assistant Professor
Md. Rashidul Islam
Engr. Md. Rashidul Islam received his Master's Degree (Research-Mode) in Electrical and Electronic Engineering (EEE) from Japan under Japan Government MEXT Scholarship. Prior to that, he obtained B.Sc. Engineering degree in Electrical and Electronic Engineering (EEE) from Chittagong University of Engineering and Technology (CUET). He is currently working as an Assistant Professor in EEE Department of NSTU. Besides, he has work experience in Malaysia as Research Assistant (RA). Md. Rashidul has authored more than 40 technical papers in journals and IEEE conferences. His research fields are Power system operation and control, Integration of Renewable Energy with microgrid, Smart grid and Energy management system (EMS), Optimization of complex energy system, Power system stability, power electronics, Electric vehicle etc. He is a regular member of Institution of Engineers, Bangladesh (IEB).
