BIOGRAPHY

Dr. Sujan Banik is currently working as an Associate Professor in the Department of Pharmacy at Noakhali Science and Technology University, Bangladesh. He earned his M.Pharm in Clinical Pharmacy and Pharmacology from the same university in 2011. He obtained his Ph.D. in Pharmaceutical Sciences from the University of Shizuoka, Japan in 2022. Dr. Banik has more than 50 peer-reviewed publications. His current research interests are focused on 1) Drug delivery systems, 2) Pharmacokinetic control and targeted drug delivery, 3) Development of polymeric nanoparticles, 4) Pharmacoepidemiology and Public health. He received the President's Award from the University of Shizuoka for his outstanding PhD research. He received the Prime Minister's Gold Medal Award in 2012 and the Vice-Chancellor's Gold Medal Award in 2011 for securing the highest marks/grades in his B.Pharm (Hons) examination.
