Dr. Md. Dr. Md. Saddam Hussain, born on May 7, 1991, in Bangladesh, is an accomplished Drug Delivery Scientist and Associate Professor at Noakhali Science and Technology University (NSTU), renowned for his groundbreaking research in nanomedicine and drug delivery systems. After earning his B.Pharm and M.Pharm from NSTU—where he graduated top of his class and received the Prime Minister Gold Medal. He completed his PhD (2024) at the University of South Australia, developing innovative pH-responsive micelles for cancer therapy. With over 40 publications in high-impact journals (e.g., ACS Applied Materials & Interfaces and International Journal of Pharmaceutics), his work spans nanotechnology, pharmacogenomics, and natural product pharmacology, including pioneering studies on oligoelectrolyte-mediated drug release and genetic markers in neuropsychiatric disorders. A recipient of the Hard Yakka Award (2023) and National Science and Technology Fellowship (2016), Dr. Hussain actively collaborates with global institutions like ANSTO and UniSA while mentoring future scientists at NSTU.
