BIOGRAPHY

Md. Shahin Kadir Bhuiyan is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Political Science at the Noakhali Science and technology University. He joined the faculty in 2017 and has since been actively engaged in teaching, research, and academic development. He completed his M.S.S. and B.S.S. in Political Science from the University of Dhaka. Teaching Interests Md. Shahin Kadir Bhuiyan teaches a wide range of undergraduate and postgraduate courses, including:  Introduction to Political Theory  Western Political Thought  Foreign policy of Bangladesh  Globalization and Bangladesh  Comparative Politics  Public Administration of Bangladesh  South Asian Politics  Research Methodology in Social Sciences His teaching philosophy emphasizes critical thinking, interdisciplinary learning, and student engagement through participatory methods. Research Interests Md. Shahin Kadir Bhuiyan’s primary research interests include:  Democratic institutions and political accountability  Gender and governance in South Asia  Electoral behavior and political participation  Public policy and development  Political thought in the Global South His research often integrates qualitative and comparative methodologies, with a focus on bridging theory and practice in political analysis.
