The specific objectives of the Bachelor of Science in Agriculture (Honors) degree program are

1. To introduce the concept of soil, its use, fertility, erosion and management

2. To provide knowledge on proper methods and technologies of varietal development and agricultural Production.

3. To develop understanding on different pest & disease management systems & technologies of successful crop protection.

4. To explain the application of different scientific systems and technologies of harvesting and postharvest management of crops.
