Dr. Mohammed Nuruzzaman
I am an Assistant Professor in the Department of Agriculture at Noakhali Science and Technology University (NSTU). I earned my B.Sc. Ag. (Hons.) and M.S. in Biochemistry from Sher-e-Bangla Agricultural University, and my Ph.D. in Biochemistry and Molecular Biology from Central South University, China. My research focuses on biochar, plant tissue culture, and mushroom tissue culture for sustainable agriculture and nutritional security.

BIOGRAPHY
I was born in Fardabad, Bancharampur upazila, Brahmanbaria district. I completed my Secondary School Certificate (SSC) from Fardabad High School, Bancharampur, and my Higher Secondary Certificate (HSC) from Tejgaon College, Dhaka. I obtained my B.Sc. Ag. (Hons.) and M.S. in Biochemistry from Sher-e-Bangla Agricultural University (SAU), Dhaka. Later, I pursued my Ph.D. in Biochemistry and Molecular Biology at Central South University, Changsha, China. Currently, I am working as an Assistant Professor in the Department of Agriculture at Noakhali Science and Technology University (NSTU). My research interests include biochar applications in agriculture, plant tissue culture, and mushroom tissue culture.
