BIOGRAPHY
It's a pleasure to connect! I'm Israt Jahan, an Assistant Professor at the Dept. of Food Technology and Nutrition Science at Noakhali Science and Technology University since 2022. My academic path truly solidified after earning my MSc in Nutrition and Food Science from the University of Dhaka. Over the past four years, my research has been driven by a strong commitment to public health, specifically delving into maternal and child nutrition, food security, and food safety. I've been fortunate to share my findings through 16 research articles in reputable journals, and I'm always looking for ways to push the boundaries of knowledge. In the future, I intend to get even more involved with communities to address their pressing public health concerns and bring positive changes to people's lives.
