Welcome to the Department of Information and Communication Engineering The Department of Information and Communication Engineering (ICE) at Noakhali University of Science and Technology is always creating new opportunities for students and faculty in various emerging fields. The department provides an outstanding facility to students to get quality education in information and Communication Engineering. It started its academic activities from 2012. Since then, it has been widely recognized for its excellent research and teaching capabilities. The Department of ICE energized by a group of committed teachers. We are giving special emphasis to uplift the quality of our students with respect to their knowledge building capacity having well balanced moral values of life. We all know that, today, ICE can play the most important role in the development of developing countries. The department has ambitious plans to become a role model in Bangladesh and in the region. It possesses the basic ingredients for achieving this goal in terms of the qualifications of its department members and staff, and in terms of its IT infrastructure. The department of ICE is committed to maintaining the outstanding quality of its academic programs, research, faculty and graduates.

The department endeavors to facilitate the state-of-the-art technical education in the field of Information and Communication Engineering by infusing scientific temper in the students leading towards research and growing as a center of excellence in the field. The vision of the department is to produce skilled, globally competent and trustworthy graduates who are capable to solve or handle problems and situations encountered in real life and industry and to serve the nation.
Mission
M1: To prepare graduates of high knowledge, experience, skill, effective in IT, Communication Engineering and IT solution. M2: Inject courage of innovations into graduates that will motivate them for continuous research work to learn new and establish new concepts. M3: To produce high potential candidates so that they can obtain opportunity for work, job, and higher degree in the world ranking industries, companies and universities. M4: Produce competent intellect with ethical values who can contribute in society and nation through technical knowledge to ease our life. M5: To create a reliable supply chain of technically sound, and communicative staff with integral leadership qualities for industries, and companies.
