Mission & Vision

Vision

To be a world-class hub for interdisciplinary education and research programs that produce quality microbiologists with both academic and research excellence, and to equip graduates with the theoretical knowledge and technical skills to apply those knowledge and skills in the practical field for personal, professional, or research perspectives.

Mission

1.     To provide students with state of art knowledge in the field of Microbiology to meet the need of global employers and export of expertized manpower.

2.  To provide opportunities and resources with cutting-edge research facilities for advance knowledge of microbiology.

3.   To develop highly competent graduates specializing on the diverse world of microorganisms and their impact on health, ecosystems, and industry on the basis of local need.

4.    Provide co- and extra-curricular facilities for the development of leadership and make them globally competent.

5. Provide a ground for creativity, capacity building and entrepreneurship, which will augment the growth of nationwide microbiological applications.

6.    To promote high-impact education and innovative research in a diverse and inclusive environment by exploring fundamental questions in microbiology, and to translate discoveries into therapies against microbial diseases.
