Message from the Chairman

Welcome to the Department of Computer Science and Telecommunication Engineering (CSTE) at Noakhali Science and Technology University. Our department is committed to nurturing innovative minds through quality education, cutting-edge research, and a strong focus on practical applications. We aim to produce skilled engineers and researchers who will contribute to the advancement of computing and communication technologies for the betterment of society.

Mission & Vision

Vision

The vision of the Department of Computer Science and Engineering (CSE) is to enable innovation through research, advance educational programs in CSE and ICT fields and facilitate enrichment of CSE human resources- the students, faculty and staff, thereby establishing itself as a center of excellence at the national and international level.

Mission

  1. To provide quality education primarily in the undergraduate level in CSE and allied fields and train the students to effectively apply this education to solve real-world problems, thereby contributing towards the benefit of our country and the humanity.
  2. To conduct high quality state of the art research primarily at the postgraduate level with an aim to advance knowledge of CSE and ICT fields and cultivate human talent for the welfare of mankind and apply this knowledge to support and influence national and international agenda.
  3. To guide the students develop themselves as human beings with high ethical and moral values.
  4. To enrich our students’ potential, make them a life-long learner and finally equip and prepare them to face the complex challenges of the 21st century and beyond.
