Welcome to the Department of Tourism and Hospitality Management at Noakhali Science and Technology University. We strive to cultivate skilled professionals with strong ethical values, critical thinking abilities, and the expertise required to meet the challenges of the tourism and hospitality industry.Through quality education, research, practical learning, and industry engagement, we focus to develop graduates who can contribute to sustainable tourism and national development. We encourage our students to embrace creativity, lifelong learning, and global perspectives while upholding professionalism and social responsibility. Vision

To be a leading entity in the field of tourism and hospitality management for creation, preservation, dissemination of knowledge and skill for nation building and providing continuous technical support for the travel and tourism industries in Bangladesh.

Mission

1. To plan a progressive education training scheme and to impart, through training both practical and theoretical knowledge of every phase of Institutional Management.

2. To develop analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and address challenges faced by a wide range of sectors like business, economics, tourism and hospitality industry.

3. To cultivate research and critical thinking skills to analyze industry data, conduct market research, and make informed decisions.

4. To develop leadership and management skills to effectively lead teams, manage resources, and make strategic decisions in tourism and hospitality organizations locally and globally.

5. To acquire knowledge of sustainable tourism practices and strategies to promote responsible and ethical tourism in order to minimize negative environmental and social impacts.
